Bengaluru: In an yet another horrifying incident, a female teacher has been detained for sexually assaulting five-year-old in Bengaluru. The detention came after an FIR was filed against the accused teacher by parents of the victim. The child complained about her female teacher, saying the teacher had hit her and violated her.
Police took up a case under the prevention of sexual offences against children or POSCO act and have detained the teacher. The child has been sent for counseling and police are waiting to record a statement from her before further action..
This is the fifth such incident reported from the IT city where minor girls have been targeted and that too in renowned schools.
